A tailor-made project, with multifunctional furniture and designed with a thousand meter that make this project extremely interesting.

The ground floor layout is based on an L-shaped service band that integrates access, wet areas, storage areas and leisure spaces. This frees up the main area, which opens up to windows and balconies to create a bright atmosphere. The intimate areas are therefore secluded and sheltered from the view from the entrance.
