Live on a terrace.

Considering the orientation of the apartment it was decided to divide it according to its longitudinal axis, thus generating a public area, in contact with the entrance, and another private one, next to the patio, where the service areas are located and the warehouse.

The materiality of the project is simple, defining the two main elements that make it up: wood and ceramic tiles combined with walls of a pastel green color.
