CASA HOFMANN

 LOCATION: Valencia | Spain

 YEAR: 2017

A landscape surrounded by consolidated gardens, a high and elongated plot with a distant view of the sea, and a pleasant breeze, constitute the sought and fortunate starting point for this story.

Three elements make up the project. A roof extruded in the longitudinal direction of the land with a "T" shape constitutes the structure under which the inhabited space is located.

A single piece of furniture that distributes the spaces filtering the privacy, opening possibilities in the way of circulating and using the space.

These two elements, roof and furniture, are deposited on the base of stone in which the mirror of water and the other uses of the house are excavated, giving rise to the third element.

The opportunity to follow this site, from the first step was really interesting and helpful.
