This is a renovation and restoration project with a change of use without any external modifications, except for the necessary rehabilitation interventions.

The project involves the realization of a house for three people. The main entrance has been backward with the aim of separating the interior from the exterior with a filter space, ensuring that the original prospect remains unchanged according to the original architectural features.

We tried to solve the customer’s requests by separating the ground floor spaces without creating a physical barrier and creating a comfortable and functional living room and a private sleeping area.

From the living room, you can access the mezzanine, which allows the maximum use of the space, and from here you can easily go to the terrace, that has been made accessible again.
